6. Scope of Involvement

Does not represent clients in court

Does not act as a legal representative

Does not make decisions on behalf of clients

7. Fees & Payments

Fees will be agreed in advance

Payment is required as agreed before or during services

Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless agreed otherwise

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential.

However, confidentiality may be limited where:

There is a risk of harm or illegal activity

9. Referrals

Where appropriate, we may refer or signpost clients to independent solicitors, barristers, or regulated professionals.
